X and Y define the horizontal position; Z defines elevation. Rotation changes orientation. Check project units and the coordinate reference system first.
BCF contains coordination information such as viewpoints. When moving a model, its BCF positions need to align. This tool also supports adjusting BCF and BCFZIP files.
Processing differs by IFC version. For IFC4 the tool uses map conversion; for IFC2x3 it uses the IfcSite placement. Check that your target application reads the adjusted position correctly.
